Our cakes are delicious because of the quality of the ingredients we use, years of refining our recipes, and the pride we take in our work. Below are some of our most commonly requested flavours which are also available gluten free.
Our sponge cakes come in vanilla, chocolate, and lemon flavour with a delicious buttercream filling. If you have another sponge flavour in mind let us know. Cakes are allowed to cool on a rack for 24 hours before covering and decorating with your cake story.
While strictly speaking a sponge cake, Red Velvet is really in a class of its own. Like our other sponges, cakes are allowed to cool on a rack for 24 hours before covering and decorating with your cake story.
Chocolate Biscuit Cake
Chocolate biscuit cake is our most commonly requested flavour. Each cake is made with high quality chocolate and biscuits. We can also add to this if you require (e.g. marshmallows and/or nuts). Cakes are allowed to refrigerate for 48 hours to set properly before covering and decorating with your cake story.
Our gluten free cakes are suitable for individuals with intolerances or choose not to include gluten in their diets. However, the cakes are baked in a kitchen where gluten is present so we cannot guarantee that they are 100% gluten free.
All our cakes are prepared using wheat, eggs, and dairy products. They may also contain traces of nuts or soya. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that they are 100% allergen free.
Our cakes should be stored in a cool room away from direct sunlight. Stored like this, they will stay fresh for up to 4 days prior to cutting.
